I have had a great experience with doctor Desai. He has an excellent bedside manner and seems to really care about his patients. He has been monitoring my vascular issues for a few years now and will be my go to doctor if/when I need surgery.

Despite being fully booked through February, he & his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and personally squeezed me in for the procedures. I also want to highlight how wonderful his staff has been. Dr. Desai and his entire team from nurses to administrative staff are absolutely incredible. Everyone is so caring and friendly. Dr. Desai is very knowledgeable and efficient in vascular systems. He is very thorough in explaining what the issue is and what is the process of treatment depending on tests. Dr. Desai puts you at ease and listens to your issues and is very compassionate doctor. I am still his patient and if and when the further treatment is required, I will not hesitate to go to him for that.

Dr. Desai is a great listener and explains procedures and reasons simply, and as often as is needed for you to understand. He has a delightfully pleasant attitude. Dr Desai is a wonderful person and great physician. He just performed a 6 hour vascular surgery on me to fix a botched surgery by another surgeon. It was a success , l have blood flow in my right leg, l can walk and l am improving daily. He had already performed a surgery on my left side and got me blood flow in the left leg. I was in great pain and it was so painful to try to walk before he operated on 4-3-2025 and again on 8-28-2025. He is the absolutely the best in vascular surgery in the Houston area. I highly recommend him and I know you will be thankful that you found him too. My family and l thank our Heavenly Father that we were blessed to have him as a physician. With the hand of God he truly performed a miracle and saved my life. He is wonderful.

I sat in my cardiologist's office and ended up in a conversation with a fellow patient of the group the Dr. is associated with and she related how good the the whole group is as well as Dr. Neal. Well, to say the least, I was not disappointed. He cleaned my left carotid and the 'bedside manners' were commendable and when I called to see him before my scheduled follow‐up his office was quick to arrange an appointment on an ASAP basis. During a routine checkup I found out I had a blockage. Dr Desai explained the stent procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable. The surgery was fast my recovery was smooth and now I feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend him to anyone needing vascular care.
